Booking Terms & Conditions – Tuluschene Agriturismo
1. About us
Tuluschene is an agriturismo located in Località Tuluschene, Gavoi (NU), Sardinia, Italy.

2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern bookings made through our website and the related booking system (Smoobu booking engine), as well as the payment, cancellation and stay conditions at our property.
3. Bookings
A booking is considered completed when the guest correctly enters their details, accepts these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and makes the payment or pre-authorisation, where applicable depending on the selected rate. At the end of the process you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Euro and are intended per room per night, unless stated otherwise. The price includes the services specified in the offer at the time of booking. Any local tourist tax, where applicable, will be shown separately and charged according to the Municipality of Gavoi regulations.
5. Payment methods
a) Card payment via Stripe
The amount is charged securely through the payment provider Stripe. Card details are not stored by Tuluschene. Booking confirmation is immediate.
b) Bank transfer
If you choose a bank transfer, you will receive our bank details by email. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the booking, unless otherwise agreed. The booking will be definitively confirmed only after the funds are credited to our account. If payment is not received within the stated timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
6. Cancellation policy
– Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: no penalty.
– Cancellation after this deadline or no-show: charge up to 100% of the booked stay amount.
In case of prepayment, any refunds (where applicable) will be issued using the same payment method,
net of any bank fees or non-refundable costs (e.g. Stripe fees).
7. Booking changes
Any change (dates, number of guests, room, additional services) is subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change.
8. Check-in, check-out and house rules
Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-out: by 10:00 am.
We kindly ask you to respect the quiet of the property, common areas, cleanliness and the no-smoking policy in the rooms.
Any damage to property or premises will be charged to the responsible guest.
9. Personal data (Privacy)
Your personal data are processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national laws.
Data are used to manage the booking and stay, comply with legal obligations (e.g. guest registration with the police, tax obligations)
and send communications related to the booking.

10. Payment security
Credit/debit card transactions are handled by Stripe via a secure connection (HTTPS) and in accordance with industry security standards. Tuluschene does not store card payment data.
11. Jurisdiction
For any dispute related to the booking and stay, where the guest is a consumer, the competent court is the court of the guest’s residence or domicile if located in Italy; alternatively, the competent court is Nuoro, in accordance with applicable law.
